      Participation in the rally takes place at your own risk and responsibility.

      This is an adventure event that takes you through various countries and over roads that are sometimes unpaved and difficult to drive on. The Grand Tour Society UG (limited liability) takes over No liability or guaranteefor actions, damage or accidents arising in connection with participation in the rally.

      Every participant is at all times themselves for their behaviour, safety and compliance with traffic rulesresponsible. This applies to the journey as well as to all stops and actions during the entire rally.

      Important notes on participation:

      1. Personal responsibility:
        You act at your own risk at all times. This means that all risks - including technical defects, accidents, health problems or other unforeseeable events - are borne by you.
      2. Road and track conditions:
        The rally leads for many hours a day through unknown regions and countries, sometimes over Unasphalted paths or paths that are difficult to access.
        Poor weather conditions, a lack of road infrastructure or wild animals can pose additional dangers.
      3. Danger of serious accidents:
        Due to the long stages and unfamiliar routes, there is an increased risk of Accidents, that lead to serious injuries or even death can lead.
        By registering for the rally, each participant expressly declares that he/she is aware of these risks and accepts them.
      4. Vehicle and equipment:
        • Each participant is obliged to keep his vehicle in roadworthy condition to hold.
        • A regular technical inspection is strongly recommended.
        • In addition, each participant should Emergency equipment, First aid kit, Warning triangle, Fire extinguisher, First aid kit and Suitable means of navigation and communication carry with you.
      5. Insurance:
        It is expressly recommended that a valid health insurance abroad and a Travel and accident insurance with return transport.
        Vehicle insurance (third party liability, ideally with cover abroad) should also be checked.
      6. Behaviour in an emergency:

      7. Compliance with legal regulations:

        The Grand Tour Society UG (haftungsbeschränkt) takes over No liability for personal injury, property damage or financial loss arising in the course of the event.

      By registering and participating in the rally each participant confirms, that he has read, understood and accepted this hazard warning.
